On November 5, 2019. A Scotty Dog to the end. Loved husband of Jill and beloved father of Nicola. A gathering will be held on Monday, November 11, at 1.00pm, at Jill and John's home. I was sorry to hear of John's passing. I was in the Montreal lab when he arrived . Did not have any projects with him, but always enjoyed being in his company. Time will heal the wound you have in your heart.

Our deepest and sincerest condolences to you, Jill and Nicola, and family. What a sad sad day. We have so many fond many memories of John. Such a lovely lovely man: so gentle, yet certainly not lacking in a feisty spirit. I can still see him wearing his Tam 'o shanter [with the orange hair] at rugby matches in HK.
