John EWAN Obituary

Back in the 70's, I was a neighbour of John & Audrey's , in a lovely small spot called Pinehaven, Upper Hutt. Their then little boy Kerry played outside with one of my boys. They were a great couple and I certainly shared a close bond to them both. Quinney's Bush is the place now where I can think of both John & Audrey.

I remember John and Audrey's kindness and hospitality when they lived in Lower Hutt. They were a quality couple who were both very good with words and I appreciated their writing. My sympathy to Kerry, Rebecca and family. It was a long time ago but I remember helping Kerry with his Maths. Nga mahi nui, Murray Lucas
