John CHURCH Obituary

John was a good friend and my memory of him that sticks out best was when at high school when he and Robert were throwing apples at seagulls and one accidental hit one and it flew up in circles and kept going until it was out of site. Unlucky shot. My condolences to all the family for his passing but never forgotten.

You were always a familiar face in town . Condolences to Peter and the family of Johnny .

I will always remember our road trip around the south island at 18 years old my dear friend and and the struggles we faced getting into those Westcoast and Southland hotels because of your baby face complexion at the time and Helping your uncle cart bags of coal down those steep icy Dunedin streets in the old K Bedford truck with a few hiccups etc: LOL Best memory is the awesome sunset photo you took of me sitting on a rail at Bluff which still hangs on my wall to this day Johnny.

I remember when he frisbed Janet and my records out into the tobacco crop, he didn´t like our music- always been my memory RIP JONNY
