CROCKETT,
Jean Winifred (nee Austin):
Passed into glory on September 25, 2021; in her 98th year.
'Having fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith.' 2 Timothy 4:7
Much loved and treasured by her family and friends, especially her three children and spouses Christina and Nanai Naseri, Peter and Jull Hewson (Christchurch) and David Hewson (Australia) and her grandchildren Antony Ruddenklau and wife Michelle (Singapore), Alexander Hewson and his fiancé Veronica Mitchell (Christchurch) and Rosanna Hewson (Melbourne) and her great-grandchildren Clementine and George Ruddenklau (Singapore), Harry and Parker (Christchurch). A service to celebrate Jean's life will be held at St Peter's Anglican Church, 749 Atawhai Crescent, Atawhai on Saturday, October 2, at 2.00pm, with a private interment of ashes at St Christopher's Church, Avonhead Christchurch at a later date, beside those of her beloved late husband Rev. Alan Hewson.
