PARSONS, Howard:
2nd Corporal 4.819, NZ Engineers, killed in action 8.12.1917, Ypres Belgium, 100 yearsago today, age 21. He is not forgotten. Brother to Marie and Jack, born 11.1.1894 Christchurch NZ, wounded 5 times (twice in Gallipoli, three times Belgium), gassed once. The Great Uncle we never knew, buried Menin Road Cemetery, Row G 18, Ypres, Belgium. Inserted by the Hay, Wood, Hill and Sagar Families.

My mother is the eldest daughter of Howards older brother, Edmund. A cousin who lives in Nelson, saw this obituary. So I checked the family tree notes that I have. We would love to get in touch with one or more of the families mentioned above. I am guessing that you must be related to Jack and Marie Parsons.
