Grahame WILLIAMS Obituary
(also known as Willy to his close friends, Peter to his family and GT to many others). Died on Friday, February 28, 2025 at Nelson Hospital, aged 88. Dearly loved husband of the late Robyn Williams, loved father and father-in-law of Tracey and Myles Stewart, and Toni and Hayden Chittenden. Adored Grandad of Jack and Phoebe and Hugh Stewart and Oliver, Grace and Meg Chittenden. Proud great-grandad to William and Isabelle Stewart. Loved and respected eldest brother of Harvey, Kerry, Robert and Mark. Unforgettable Uncle Peter to his nieces and nephews. Messages can be sent to 541 Rocks Road, Moana, Nelson. A private cremation has taken place. A memorial service for Grahame will be held at The Mapua Bowling Club, 84 Aranui Rd, Mapua, on Friday, March 28 at 11.00am. One of dad's many nicknames was Mr Shiny Shoes, please dress up or perhaps wear something pink in dad's honour.

To all the Families,It is indeed a sad passing of a GREAT friend, from many years of meetings at the Trotting Club & also the great nights at the City Club. Too many to relate BUT ones that are never forgotten. In particular will miss the great discussions of the form horses etc. A great servant of the Nelson Trotting Cub, particularly when i was President in our Centennial Year.My wife & Son will miss him ---R.I.P. Don Fowler.
