Died peacefully at Nelson Hospice on April 11, 2024, in her 80th year. Much loved partner of Doug Evans and wife of the late Peter Kerr. Adored mother of Carleen and Shayne. Special Nana to Sam and Sarah. A much loved sister to her late siblings. Messages c/- 112 Toi Toi Street, Nelson 7010. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nelson Tasman Hospice would be appreciated and can be made at http://nelsonhospice.org.nz/donate A gathering of family and close friends to celebrate Gloria's life will be held at Melrose House, 26 Brougham Street, Nelson, on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 11.00am.

A wonderful woman that was very much a second mum . She understands more than what people ever gave her credit for. I still miss her cooking. Her laugh, and she was great at negotiating. She always respected her first husband Mr kerr. And was loyal. She was the backbone of many.
