13.2.1938 - 31.7.2024
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on July 31, 2024. Dearly loved and cherished wife of the late Ray, and a much-loved Mum and Mother-in-law of the late Wayne, Raewyn and Tim, Michael and Kaye. Treasured Nana of Brendan, Julia, Amy, Kelly, Megan, Anna, and Sally, as well as her ever-growing number of great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nelson Tasman Hospice would be appreciated and can be made online at https://www.nelsonhospice.org.nz/support-hospice/donate. A service to celebrate Geraldine's life will be held at Shone & Shirley Funeral Home on Monday 5 August 2024 at 11.30am, followed by a private cremation. To Geraldine's beloved family I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She was a great neighbour, gardening guru and fellow armchair sports fanatic in our wee street for more than 21 years. RIP Geraldine you will be missed. Reunited with Ray.

We were very sad to hear that Geraldine had passed away. She was a lovely friend to my parents from many years ago when she lived in Dodsons Valley.
I was involved in playing netball for many years and saw how much Geraldine contributed to Nelson Netball.
Our thoughts are with you all.
