George's family so sorry to hear about your loss he was a great young man, lots of fun but very serious about his flying, always had a smile on his face. I remember him driving a man lift around a C130 with lift at full height extension. Cele and Bubbles Bailey (Airlie Beach Australia)

To George's Family, my deepest condolences. In my time as Secretary at Marlborough Aero Club, I enjoyed many talks with George and watched him sweat before he sat his Commercial exams. He was never one to be sad, or at least not for long. I will miss his cheery smile and enjoyment of living life at its fullest.

Well where does one begin. Maybe from the day a cheeky grin and a wild lock of hair bashed thru the hangar doors in the shape of the new apprentice George Anderson. Many exploits later from the world of the green landy and wild sprinklers to the proud dad and loving husband he grew up to be. You will be missed mate by all that had the privilege to know. Rest easy George.

I first met George while working with him at Safe Air. I had managed to avoid any nicknames throughout my working career, until I met George...
"Reado!!" Would ring out across the hangar, and I would know George was "in the building". Shocked and gutted to hear the news of his death. The Wednesday Whisky and Poker appreciation club is just one of the many legacies George leaves behind.
A true, good kiwi bloke, we will miss you bro, Reado.
