Aged 24 years
With our broken hearts we sadly announce Emma has passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, at a place she loved and was surrounded by love. Emma the cherished daughter to Kelvin and Julie Gordon, and devoted and much loved sister to Ivan. Our sweetheart. A loved and treasured granddaughter to Tony and Brenda Bashford, and Wayne and Carol Gordon. Niece of the Bashford family; Brian and Helen, Carol and Brad, Grant, Lynne and Andrew, and the Gordon family; Donna and Muzz, Michelle and Paul. A proud Bashford cousin of Hayden and Tessa, Zach, Logan and Baxter, Benjamin, Jack, Lucy, Harry, and Bridget, and Gordon cousin of Rebecca, Amy, and Hollie. A funeral celebration of Emma's life will be held at her much loved Grandparents farm, 15 Jeffries Road, Brightwater, Nelson, at 1.00pm on Friday, August 29, 2025. This will be followed by a private family burial at the Spring Grove Cemetery.

Emma, I cannot believe you are not with us anymore. You were the most pure and kind soul. You always made me laugh, your smile was so beautiful, your passion for Nursing and life was inspiring. I adored you during our time together on the BN. I loved that you loved walking and the outdoors and your family. You were an amazing friend, colleague and classmate.
