18.10.1936 - 2.2.2025

Rex passed away at the Ernest Rutherford Special Care Unit on Sunday, February 2, 2025, after a long fought battle with Dementia.
Beloved husband of the late Lani. Loved father of Murray (deceased) and Diane. Loved father-in-law of Tanya. Dear grandad of Blair and his wife Katey, Troy and Sophie. Loving "Dad" to his fur-baby Holly. Rex is lovingly remembered by his brothers Gerald and Owen and sister-in-law Thelma and their families. Thanks to the staff at Ernest Rutherford Special Care Unit for their support. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Messages can be sent to Diane [email protected]
