BRADLEY, Diane:
The families of Diane wish to thank all who attended her funeral and sent flowers, cards and messages. Special thanks to Dr Mark Fry, the staff of Wakefield Health Centre and the District Nurses for their wonderful care and kindness to Diane. All the support received was much appreciated.
