Passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2015. Most amazing and best ever soul mate of Murray (darling). Unconditional loving Ma of Aaron and Tara. Adoring grandma of Isla. A celebration of Denise's life journey will be held at Annesbrook Church 40 Saxton Road, Stoke, on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 11.00am.

Heard the sad news about Denise. No words can express what you and your family are going through, and no words will make the loss any more bearable. I have no words that will cheer you up, but just know that you and your family are much loved and cared about by so many people, and would change things for you in a heartbeat if they could.
