Passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019, at Nelson Hospital aged 60. Dearly loved younger son of Clarice and the late George Rackley, Richmond. Dear brother of Stephen Rackley and Lynette Henry. Loved dad to Hayley Stewart, and uncle to Leanne and Janine.
