FERRIS, Colin Leslie:
3.3.1942 - 9.5.2023
Colin passed away peacefully at home on May 9, 2023, aged 81 years. Dearly beloved husband of Jean (nee Wilson), much loved father and father-in-law of David, Grant, and Shona and Simon Kelly. Treasured granddad to Isaac, Luke, and Bethany Kelly. Loved brother to Peter Ferris, and Margaret Ferguson, and much loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews.
Rest in Peace.
In lieu of flowers donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and can be made online at www.stjohn.org.nz. Messages to the family of Colin Ferris, 19 London St, Christchurch 8013. A Requeim Mass for Colin will be Celebrated at St Gregory's Catholic Church, 26 Cotswold Ave, Bishopdale, Christchurch, Tomorrow (Saturday), at 10.30am, followed by interment at the Belfast Cemetery, 141 Belfast Road, Christchurch. I was so sorry that I could not attend Colin's funeral Mass because of my injury, however I did watch the live stream and felt that I was there with you all. Colin really loved the outdoors and his family and will be sadly missed. God be with you Jean as memories keep coming back to you of all the good things you have shared. Love Myra Barry
