You will forever be our sunshine Pop
We sure did hit the jackpot to have you as our loving Pop. I loved going out to old time dances and falling asleep there!, Friday night dinner in town with you and Nana and all the times we would say "Where are we going Pop?" And you'd reply everytime with, "we'll see where the car takes us!" Usually followed by a "ahhh"! But most of all it made my week each time we would see you in town and I always wanted to go home with you both. I loved the camping trips, going up to the Mill to work, the times you stopped or waited for me to finish work and pick me up to have lunch with you and Nana. I remember when Dad was bringing me down to Christchurch and you were the last person I saw before going through Hope, waving like crazy and holding back the tears.
Thanks for being such a fantastic Pop, "Great" Pop, and friend to of my family
You have a rest now Pop, till we meet again.
All my love
