Christopher Wayne Gilbert:

12.7.1975 - 1.8.2021.
My dearest Chris, I loved the way you loved me. You looked so content when you died – "home" at last with me in Dunedin. Every day I miss your gorgeous smile, wicked laugh, tender heart, and your guns around me. It was nearly 10 years before we could let the magic happen and then our time was achingly brief. You live in the periphery of my awareness.
