Charles NAYLOR Obituary
Aged 95. Much loved husband of Pam Pruden, and adored by all of his family. A service to celebrate Charles' life will be held at Avonpark Chapel, 2 Kerrs Road, Linwood, Christchurch, on Thursday, November 18, at 2.30pm.

Charles was a very good minister who was greatly respected by those with whom he worked in the Presbyterian church. He was a liberal in all respects. He had a fine sense of humor and of course a fantastic voice. Takaka was the right place to be for Charlie and for you Pam. The folk in the parish were super good. I remember Charlie with affection. Deeply sorry to hear of Charles' passing - he was one of a kind, and will be greatly missed by so many people whose lives he enriched. Sincerest love to you Pam at this tough time, and thoughts with all of the family as you grieve his loss & celebrate his memory. Dearest Pam
Michael and Anne Marie Kidson are so very sorry to hear of the passing of such a gracious man, your darling Charles. From celebrating his 60th Birthday with him, (he cooked tea) to the singing Charles and Michael got up to especially at Arts Council concerts...to your very special wedding, we feel your loss alongside your love over a very long time. Prayers and best wishes for tomorrow, would love to be there, but not possible from Wakefield.
