Passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2017, with his loving family by his side. Aged 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Lorne, loved brother of the late George and Lesley. Much loved dad and father-in-law of Trich and Gavin Devescovi (Westport), Mike and Colleen (Perth) and Wendi and Kevin Turner. Grandad to Melissa and Matt, Scott and Tania, Nicholas, Ashley, Lisa, Emma, and Kez and Bradley and Kalese. Great-Grandad to Blair, Jayden, Ryan, Tristan, Zeb, Desmond, and Theodore. The Service for Cecil will be held at The Shone & Shirley Funeral Home Chapel, 164 Tahunanui Drive, Nelson, on Wednesday, January 25, at 1.00pm.
