In the 1970's we were living at Wakapuaka, and I was a young Mum with 2 babies. Somehow I ended up having Pottery lessons in Carol's basement. It was the highlight of my week. I have always thought fondly of her over the years and was sorry to read of her passing. I remember her as such fun - even if she did slice through the very first decent coffee mug I made on the wheel to show me I'd made a good job of centreing it!!

Sad news, but lots of happy memories of a lovely caring lady who was part of our lives for a season.
