Bruce WEAVER Obituary

Passed away peacefully on October 26, 2024, surrounded by family at the Nelson Tasman Hospice, after a long and hard-fought battle, aged 75 years. Loving husband of Janet. Loved dad of Shelley and Alex Smith, Greg and Ana Weaver. Most adored Poppa of Maclaren, Boston, Jay (dec), Teddy, and Henry. Please donate generously to the Nelson Tasman Hospice, their exceptional care of Bruce and his family has been incredible, donations can be made at the service or at https://www.nelsonhospice.org.nz/support-hospice/donate-funds/ A service to celebrate Bruce's life will be held at Shone and Shirley, 164 Tahunanui Drive, Nelson on Thursday, October 31, at 11.00am. Janet & family, I am saddened to read of Bruce's passing, you will miss him terribly. My fondest memories of Bruce are when we worked together @ MasterTrade and the way he teased Trevor, (on a daily basis,) our co worker. He was a funny man, had an effectious giggle that could be heard throughout our building, and was always happy, which bounced off him. Was great with customers and very helpful. Can remember the gathering @ your place Janet, and the laughs we had,. plus the trip out on the bay with the Nelson branch. My thoughts are with you and your family, dwell on the good times you all had together, my best wishes
