Brian SIXTUS Obituary

First met Brian at Nelson Golf Club, I believe in 2022, following our post covid return to New zealand. With Murray, Sidney. Paul and other early starters my introduction to Nelson golf club was somewhat unfamiliar compared to my UK club(Saffron Walden Essex) in trying to come to terms with the speed of the greens.
It was a privilege to have known Brian and needles to say I was somewhat surprised when I read about his passing. A true Gentleman. Tony Gomes

It has been a privilege to known Brian and Nathalie since the late 1950s when we were lucky to have them living in our community and I know my parents would have said the same .

To all Brian's family, I was so pleased I got to say goodbye to Brian in his final days, I spent many hrs with Brian at the Nelson golf course. All the Brian's and Bryan's and Bob Brian's had a few dinners out together, all golfers. Thinking of you all with so much care you gave your dad. He was still smiling even though he was suffering.R.I.P Pamela Chapman
