March 17, 1990 - May 15, 2023 Billy passed away in Nelson. Much loved partner of Sierra, loving father of Uri, son of Stacey and John, brother of Tia and Tori, half brother of Blayne and sister Breeze, loved grandson of Eric and Faye, and Judy and Porky, and special great-grandson to Nana Stell. A funeral will be held in Trafalgar Park at 1:15pm Thursday, May 18.
