I have very fond memories as a child of the Glover family while staying at my grandparents Max and Pearl Neal. It was so exciting to join the fun and games we had playing with my cousins and Betty's children. Betty was always so kind and sweet to us.
Sending love to the family.

So sorry to hear of Aunty Betty´s passing. Betty was my God Mother and my mother Lorna Day née White cousin. I last had a letter from Betty regarding family tree records about 8 years ago. Her grandfather Henry Harwood Scott is buried in Claravale cemetery near Carterton and her Grandmother Chrissy Scott née Nalder is buried at Wakapuaka Cemetry. A lovely lady. RIP Aunty Betty.

Our sincere sympathy to you all. We lived right next door to Betty and Malc in Jenner Road for approx 30 years. Betty never stopped working, a true home maker she baked, gardened, sewed, made and iced wedding cakes, the list is endless. Her boys were the light of her life. Our families shared many Sunday happy hours (with home brew and Betty´s baking), holidays, outings and hunting trips together. Memories of Betty are numerous and will bring a smile for ever. She was a true treasure.
