Barbara POWNALL Obituary
Passed away peacefully at The Wood, Nelson, on Monday, February 20, 2023. Aged 95 years. Much loved wife of the late Ian; mother to Michael (deceased), and Paul; grandmother of Nikki (Sunshine Coast), and Mitch (Nelson); great-grandmother of Dante, Asija, and Vaun. A service to celebrate Barbara's life will
be held at Christ Church Cathedral, Nelson, on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 11.00am. For those unable to attend, the service will be livestreamed, please email [email protected] for details. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John New Zealand would be appreciated and can be made through www.stjohn.org.nz or at the service.

What wonderful times I remember of my parents Vic and Barbara Sherwood with Ian and Barb and Barb and Ian visiting us in England when we had our first child. My mum Barbara still alive at 97 and sends her condolences. Our sympathy to all the family. Derek Sherwood
