Very sorry to hear of your loss Ray. Barbara was such a lovely lady. I have many happy memories of our visits to you both at your orchard.

Our sympathies go out to Ray for the loss of Barbara. She was a valued member of the Soroptimist club of Nelson, particularly In the 1980s and 90s when she held various roles within the club and the NZ South region. Her contribution to our club was significant during her membership. She is remembered by a number of our current members.

I knew Barbara through AAPNZ and first met her around 1997 when I was about 18 and just starting in office administration. She was such an elegant and professional lady who was always immaculately presented and almost had a regal way about her. Rest in peace Barbara.

A sad day for us all. Barbara was a beautiful lady who I knew through a shared workplace a few years ago. My heartfelt thoughts go out to all her family.

Such an amazing lady...huge heart and amazing smile....im so lucky to have been such a huge part off your life...i was barbs main career...which soon turned into best friends...im so pleased i spent time with you the night you passed...you squeezed my hand so tight ...when i talked off our time...you fought to the end lovely lady...i will so miss our wonderful times ...much loved and respected friend....maggie

On behalf of my parents and myself, we are saddened to hear of Barbara´s passing. I have known Barbara since I was a teenager and have memories of Barbara and her mother and their poodles who were very much loved little dogs. Our condolences to Ray xxx

Barbara was the President of the Nelson Group of AAPNZ from 1994-1996 and National President of the Association in 1997-1998. She remained a member until 2016. She was a role model for our members both in her immaculate appearance and her professionalism. Her warmth to our members and her dedication to our profession will be remembered by many. We are so sad to hear of Barbara's passing and extend our condolences to Ray and all the family.
