Avery DASH Obituary

Passed away at his home in Nelson on July 19, 2023, at age 77. Avery was the founder of The Festival of Possibilities and owner of the shop Possibilities for 25 years. In his younger years Avery was a world traveller and is loved by friends and family around the globe. He is survived and missed by his sister Ronna, daughter Heidi, son in law Ross and granddaughters Isla and Esme. Friends and family are invited to say farewell to Avery and help us to decorate his casket on Sunday, July 30, 12.30-1.30pm at Simplicity Funerals, 69 Haven Road. RIP Avery sending sincere condolences to family and friends he was an unusual gifted interesting man. I'm happy he went peacefully. Many will miss him.

What a wonderful shop and festival of Possibilities. Avery was lovely, full of curiosity and knowledge and so open to ideas. We went to the shop every week, and the fair every year. So special, and so lucky to have been travelling a similar road, at a similar time. Albeit a road less travelled.
