MOON, Anthony (Tony):
Rose would like to thank all that attended Tony's funeral on August 4. Many thanks also to those who sent cards, gifts, flowers and messages on the news of Tony's death. Massive thanks go to Tasman Rest Home and Dementia and to Summerset in Stoke for the amazing care he received during his time at both homes over his last few years. Tony was really happy during this time and made some wonderful friends. Lastly to Barbara Harford ... your love, support and help were so appreciated through this sad time so many thanks for being such a wonderful friend!
