Annette Lynda:
Peacefully on December 3, 2015, at Nelson, after a courageous battle, surrounded by her family. Dearly loved wife and best friend of Warren, much loved and proud mother of Kate and Nick. In accordance with Annette's wishes, a family service has been held.
Forever in our hearts.
