I met you briefly and had hope for you, however you shared your sadness and know you will be at peace.

Thanks Alan for all the laughs through the teenage and adult years, our last recent phone call I will remember forever.

The last time I saw Alan, I served him a handle of beer. He gave me crap because there was so much head on it, not enough beer. He sat down and so I took a shot glass, filled it with beer and delivered it to him on a massive tray all fancy like. I think he thought it was pretty funny.

All in all, I knew Alan to be such a fiercely loyal human being. It was an honor to have met him. I send my love to his family.
