Dearest Gwen and family
We were so sorry to hear of Ian's recent passing. We have wonderful memories of when Gillian and I used to look after him in Christchurch when he was a little boy. Two very special men have departed this earth in the same week.
Our thoughts are very much with you at this sad time - Marise, Gillian, Christine and Murray

We were so sad to learn of Ian's passing. Ian was much loved by everyone at the Blenheim Baptist Community Church where he was a regular attender every Sunday. His obvious joy & enthusiasm was infectious and we all appreciated his cheerfulness & his wonderful smile. He always enjoyed going out for morning tea after the service & certainly enjoyed a biscuit or piece of cake! We will miss you Ian but know that you are now with your Lord who you so obviously loved. You were an inspiration to us
To your family we offer our sincere sympathy along with our thoughts & prayers
